Faxing & Emailing Orders:

Please include Company Name, Contact Name, Telephone Number, Shipping Address and Method of Payment. New Customers will be required to complete our Sales Tax Exemption form and provide proof of business.

Payment Terms:

All accounts are established with COD Currency or Certified Check or Credit Card Payment terms. We accept all Major Credit cards.

Shipping:

All Orders are shipped via FedEx - "Adult signature is required upon delivery". Orders are typically shipped within one business day. Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. UPS or other forms of shipping are available upon request. Customers are responsible for all freight, COD, insurance and handling charges. If you would like your order expedited please call in advance.

Returns:

Only manufacture defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for return or credit. Please report all shortages or damaged items with in 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will need emailed pictures of any damaged products to authorize credit, refund, return or exchange. Unauthorized returns will not be credited or reshipped. All items reported defective or damaged must be unused, in original packaging and free of any markings or tags.
